How California's Lemon Law Works for Your Polaris
California's Lemon Law (the Song-Beverly Act) protects you when a new, leased, or certified pre-owned Polaris has a substantial defect that the manufacturer or dealer can't repair after a reasonable number of attempts — or when it's been out of service for 30 or more cumulative days.
If your vehicle qualifies, you may be entitled to a buyback (a refund of what you've paid, minus a mileage offset), a replacement vehicle, or a cash-and-keep settlement. Best of all, Polaris is required to pay your attorney fees on a successful claim — so pursuing your case costs you nothing out of pocket.

Can I file a California lemon law claim against Polaris?
Yes. California's Lemon Law (the Song-Beverly Act) applies to Polaris vehicles sold with a manufacturer's warranty. If a substantial defect can't be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a buyback, replacement, or cash settlement.
What Polaris problems qualify as a lemon?
