Arvin Mousavi
Founding Attorney
Biography
Arvin Mousavi founded Mousavi Law Firm with a simple premise: consumers and injury victims deserve the same precision and aggressiveness that Fortune 500 companies pay for.
Arvin began his career as an associate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, a Vault 10 firm representing Fortune 500 companies, where he worked on multi-billion-dollar transactions and saw firsthand how the largest corporations and their counsel operate. He left big law for one reason: to put that training to work for the other side of the table.
Today the firm represents Californians in two areas where ordinary people go up against well-funded opponents. In personal injury, the firm fights insurance companies on behalf of accident victims across Southern California. In California lemon law, it holds manufacturers accountable for defective vehicles, having secured buybacks and settlements against Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Jeep, Chrysler, Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Ford, among others.
Every case receives attorney-led representation from day one, including pre-litigation. The firm deliberately accepts fewer matters than high-volume shops, because results come from preparation, not throughput.
Arvin is admitted to practice in California and Arizona. All cases are handled on contingency — clients pay nothing unless the firm wins.
